Where can I print the logo?

The logo position is fixed. You can choose to print it either on the upper or lower part of the cup.

Can I order a blank cup?

Yes! Simply select "None" for both logo position and printing method on the order page to receive a blank cup.

Can I order a sample bottle with printing my logo?

Yes! Customized samples usually takes 7-10 days to complete, and then will be shipped by express like Fedex, UPS or DHL.

Can I print a graphic logo?

Yes! We support both text and image-based logos, in single color or full color. Combination logos are welcome too.

Can I mix different products or colors in one wholesale order?

Yes, we support mixing products and colors by carton. Since all wholesale orders are sold and packaged by full carton units, you’re welcome to combine different models or colors—as long as it’s by the carton.

For example, you can order 2 cartons of one color and 3 cartons of another.
However, we do not support mixing by individual pieces (units) within a carton. This helps ensure safe packaging and smooth logistics.

What logo printing methods are available?

Most of our cups support laser engraving and 3D printing. A few models only support laser engraving. You’ll find the available printing methods listed on each product detail page.

Can I do sublimation printing on your cups?

Yes, if you have the proper equipment, you can apply sublimation printing on the cup yourself at home.

Can I get assistance with logo design or file formats?

Yes! We accept PDF file for logo printing. If you're unsure about file formats or design specs, our team is happy to guide you or review your files before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from, and can you deliver to my address?

All our bottles are produced and shipped from our facilities in China, and we offer worldwide door-to-door delivery. Whether you’re sending a bottle to a residential address, company, school, gym, or any institution, we’ll get it right to the specified location. Shipping availability and rates depend on your country and region. Select your address at checkout to view any location-specific charges—especially for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

What are the lead times and processing times?
  • Order Processing: We take 1–2 business days to process and confirm your order.

  • Logo Printing: For any custom branding, please allow 7–15 business days for manufacturing  after payment.

Can I change my shipping address or order details after placing the order?

You have a 1–2 business-day window—during the processing period—to update shipping address or order details. Once production begins or shipment has left the facility, changes are no longer possible. Please double‑check everything at checkout!

What shipping methods are available?

We use different shipping methods based on your order type:

  • Sample Orders: Shipped via international express couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS).

  • Wholesale Orders: Sent via sea freight, then delivered by local carriers directly to your specified address.

How long will delivery take?
  • Sample (Express): Ships within 1–2 business days after processing; arrives in 7–10 business days.

  • Wholesale (Sea Freight): Delivered 20–30 business days after product is ready for shipment.

If your order includes logo printing, allow 7–15 business days for customization before shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
  • Sample Orders: Flat $35 USD, regardless of destination.

  • Wholesale Orders: Free shipping to most destinations. Some remote areas may incur surcharges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

When will I receive tracking information?
  • Sample Orders: We’ll email you a tracking number once dispatched—just enter it on the courier's website to monitor progress.

  • Wholesale Orders: You’ll receive a bill of lading or logistics tracking link, and once the shipment reaches your country, local tracking info will be shared for door delivery.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Import fees—like VAT, customs duties, or local delivery surcharges—depend on your country’s regulations and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Standard shipping does not include insurance, but we can arrange optional shipping insurance for high-value or bulk orders upon request. Just mention this when placing your order, and we'll provide details.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

  • Your order number,

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item,

  • A brief description of the issue.
    Our team operates Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (GMT+8), and will work quickly to resolve it.
