Customized logo samples take 10–14 days, while blank sample will be shipped within 2 days.
FAQs about Sample Ordering
Each sample is US$35 per piece, no matter which one you choose. Logo prinitng is optional for samples, which means you can order a blank sample to get a faster delivery
You’re welcome to order as many samples as you need. However, logo-customized samples are limited to one piece per design. A design refers to the same color, shape, and capacity of the cup. Kindly note that all samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Samples are shipped via international couriers by expedited shipping. It typically arrives within 10–15 days. If you choose to add a custom logo, please allow an additional 7–15 days for logo printing and processing.
We currently offer free shipping on samples. Please note that this policy may be adjusted in the future based on company guidelines.
