Can I order more than one sample?

To ensure fair access to our sample program, each customer can only order one sample per product design (SPU). If your cart contains more than one sample of the same design, checkout will be restricted.

Can I request a custom logo on the sample?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide your own logo file downloadable link during the ordering process, or simply choose a blank sample if you prefer.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

Samples are shipped via international couriers like FedEx and typically arrive within 7–15 days. If you choose to add a custom logo, please allow an additional 7–10 days for logo printing and processing.
