Welcome to Tumblernow! We are proud to offer fast and reliable global shipping for both sample and wholesale orders. Whether you’re a first-time customer testing our product or a business placing a custom wholesale order, our goal is to ensure your products arrive safely—right at your doorstep.

1. Global Shipping Overview

All products sold on Tumblernow.com are shipped directly from our production facilities in China. We deliver to most countries across North America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, and the Middle East. All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners and are door-to-door, meaning your order will be delivered to the address you provide—whether it’s a residential address, office, school, retail store, or institution.

2. Order Types: Sample vs. Wholesale

We offer two types of orders, each with its own shipping process:

Sample Orders

Sample orders are shipped via international express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $35 USD

  • Delivery Method: Door-to-door delivery to the address you specify

  • If no logo printing is required, the sample ships out immediately after processing.

  • For custom samples, refer to our lead time in Section 3.

Wholesale Orders

Bulk orders are shipped via sea freight for cost-effective large-volume transport.

  • Delivery Time: 20–30 business days after production

  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping to most countries, remote areas may incur additional fees (see Section 7)

  • Delivery Method: Despite being shipped by sea, all wholesale orders are delivered directly to your specified address, not just to the port.

  • Delivery is available to business addresses, warehouses, homes, schools, government facilities, and more.

3. Custom Orders and Lead Time

If your order includes custom logo printing or private labeling, a lead time of 7 to 15 business days is required before shipping. This applies to both sample and wholesale orders.

Lead time starts after:

  • We receive your confirmed design files (AI, PDF, or vector)

  • Full payment is completed

We’ll keep you informed throughout the production and printing process.

4. Order Processing Time

Every order, regardless of size or customization, requires 1 to 2 business days to process before it enters production or is handed over for delivery. During this time, we confirm order details, review designs (if applicable), and schedule dispatch or production.

5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Express Shipping (for samples): Fast, door-to-door service via DHL, FedEx, or UPS
    ➤ Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

  • Sea Freight (for wholesale orders): Cost-effective and reliable for large shipments
    ➤ Estimated delivery: 20–30 business days after production

Once your order ships, tracking information or logistics documents will be provided via email.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Sample Orders: A flat fee of $35 USD applies to all sample orders shipped internationally via express courier.

  • Wholesale Orders: We offer free shipping to most regions for wholesale orders shipped by sea.
    ➤ If your delivery address is in a remote country or hard-to-reach area, additional charges may apply. These will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Shipping to Remote Areas

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, remote regions or special administrative areas may require longer delivery times or extra shipping fees. Any such charges will be visible during the checkout process so you can review them before confirming your purchase.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number (for express shipments) or provide a bill of lading/logistics tracking link (for sea freight shipments). You can use these to follow your order’s journey in real time.

9. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about possible import fees.

10. Potential Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, please note that unexpected events—such as customs delays, port congestion, extreme weather, or international holidays—may impact shipping times. We will communicate any known delays and provide support throughout the process.
