This 40oz Champagne Vacuum Custom Cup is made from premium food-grade 304 stainless steel on both the inside and outside, BPA-free, and designed for long-lasting use. The wide-mouth lid is crafted from BPA-free Tritan and comes with a silicone straw, providing safe and convenient drinking for both hot and cold beverages.
With double-wall vacuum insulation, beverages stay hot for up to 12 hours or cold for 24 hours. The 180° rotatable handle offers versatile gripping options, while the narrowed base ensures a secure fit in most car cup holders—perfect for daily commuting, travel, or outdoor use. This tumbler supports logo customization only. The color, material, and finish remain as shown in the product images. Logos can be text, image, or a combination, applied using laser engraving only. Placement is limited to two designated areas on the upper or lower part of the bottle body.

Where can I print the logo?
Anywhere and Any size
The logo is usually placed on the upper or lower part of the cup. Custom placements are also available, including partial or full-body prints, which means you can choose the logo placement anywhere in any sizes.
Can I print a graphic colored logo?
Yes, you can! We support both text and image-based logos.
Please let us know whether you prefer a metallic or colored finish.
Colored logos can be created through silk screen or 3D printing, which are available for cups without handles only.
What logo printing methods are available?
All of our cups support laser engraving logo, it’s a fast while elegant way to print your logo.Â
Silk screen and 3D printing are available for cups without handles — silk screen supports up to 2 colors, while 3D printing allows full-color designs.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving creates a logo by using a focused laser beam to etch the surface of the cup. The laser removes the top finish, revealing the metal beneath. This technique produces precise, permanent designs that won’t fade or peel over time. Because the process exposes the metal surface, logos created with laser engraving usually appear in a stainless steel metallic color, giving a sleek and professional look.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. You can order a blank sample or request a custom logo on your sample. Click here to order a sample online.
How long does it take to complete a bulk order?
Logo printing typically takes around 3–5 days, depending on your design and order size. Once customization is completed, we’ll ship your order right away—usually by sea. Delivery usually takes about 10–20 days, depending on your location.
How can I provide the logo file?
You can upload your logo file within 5MB in PDF or AI format. If your file is too large, feel free to email it to us—just make sure to include your order number in the message.

Yes, blank cups are available.
The logo upload is optional — leave it blank if no customization is needed.
What is the packaging like?
Some are packed in PP bags and egg-crate carton. While some cups are packed in colored boxes, please pay attetnion on the package details on each product page.

Can I do sublimation printing on your cups?
Yes, if you have the proper equipment, you can apply sublimation printing on the cup yourself at home.
Can I customize the package?
Yes, you can customize the packaging for orders of 2,000 pcs or more.
For smaller orders, the packaging will be the same as shown on the product page.
